FOUNDATION & STRUCTURE

Earthquake resistant, RCC framed structure with suitable foundation, wall are made with solid block, masonry plastered in cement mortar.

FLOORING AND WALL TILE

High-quality vitrified tiles are used for the entire apartment. Nonskid floor tiles are used for bathrooms, balconies and work areas. Designer tiles are used for the lobby and common areas.

DOORS AND WINDOWS

Elegantly designed front door are used in Apartment. Internal doors are made of good qualities, hardwood frames with molded shutter, powder coated high quality Aluminium glazed windows and ventilators with MS grilled glass shutters are used.

BATHROOM AND TOILET FITTINGS

Counter top ceramic wash basin and wall mounted EWC are used in every bathroom, high quality CP fittings are also provided. Panels of superior quality is used to provide false ceiling in bathrooms, shower with diverted facility is used for every bathrooms in apartment. ELECTRICAL & FITTINGS

Three-phase power supply with high-quality copper conductor concealed wiring, adequate light, fan, and sockets are provided for every apartment which is controlled by ELCB and MCB’s with independent energy meters for each apartment, cable TV and telephone points are provided in the living room and master bedroom. AC's point is also provided in every bedroom.

PAINTING

Internal walls are painted with plastic emulsion or equivalent with two coat putty finish, external wall are painted with superior quality exterior emulsion.

WATER SUPPLY

Ground water supply with well planned water supply system with adequate storage facility.
